Earlier this week I was at a parent meeting at the school. The meeting had ended and S and I were standing around talking to another parent. I looked up and saw our new pastor walking towards us to leave the building. As he got closer, I smiled and wave. Just as he got to us he said:
"Thanks for last night Linda, you were great!!"
He obviously didn't intend for it to come out that way. S and I have not stopped giggling.
For clarification purposes, I had attended another meeting with others and our pastor the night before. I was pretty vocal about some things we were putting in a fundraising letter. ;-)
